Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years of age, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. We cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16 years of age. We recommend parents to be involved in the on-line activities of their children to prevent data being collected about children without parental consent. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we have on you in a computer file to you or to another organisation designated by you.
You can send a request for inspection, rectification, erasure or data portability of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or your objection to processing personal data to the Data Protection Officer (IT Manager; rz@oliebron.nl).
To ascertain that the inspection request was made by you, please submit a copy of your proof of identity with your request. Please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizens service number (BSN) on this copy to protect your privacy.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
